As a company specialized in turning precision metal components, using brass, aluminum, high-speed steels and stainless steel, Marvit is continually developing and updating its technology. The company’s state-of-the-art equipment now enables it to manufacture components with diameters as small as 2mm and as large as 60mm. To do this, it uses automatic single-spindle and multi-spindle CNC lathes.
The company recently upgraded its automotive production lines with advanced automation technology and machining islands comprising CNC lathes, and grinding and transfer machines. These improvements allow Marvit to machine parts with extremely tight dimensional tolerances (up to 3 microns).
Products that Marvit manufactures include turned and ground metal components for windscreen wiper systems, motor shafts, alternators and pulleys; parts for diesel injection systems (valve bodies); for oil distribution systems (bodies, pistons, nozzles); and sheathing for electrical components.
